Use photos you have permission to edit
Only process photos that you own or are authorized to use. Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy and publicity rights. Commercial use of an export still requires the relevant rights in the original content.
Do not submit unlawful or harmful content
Do not use the service for child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful impersonation, fraud or other illegal activity. Do not use edits to misrepresent products or deceive buyers.
Protect the service and other users
Do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, steal credentials, evade payment or disrupt infrastructure. Do not access another person’s account, Cloud files or private links.
Review the result
You are responsible for the photos you publish. Check AI cutouts, marketplace specifications and applicable identity-document rules. A technical check is not a legal or compliance certification.
Reports and enforcement
Report misuse or rights concerns to support@whitebackground.app with enough information to assess the issue. We may investigate, restrict or suspend use where necessary for safety, security, law or violations of these rules.
